Booking
and Confirmation
Booking should be made to Lombok Tourism
com
via e-mail, facsimile or telephone. You will receive
written confirmation of the booking as soon as possible.
Fit –
Foreign Independent Travel
Our Fit Programs are available for those who wish to travel
to
Lombok,
Eastern Islands & beyond with Group. FIT arrangements
generally include hotel /
accommodation, transfers and sight
seeing. All FIT program prices are quoted on a per person
basis.
PRICE &
VALIDITY
Rates
quotes in Rupiah are for Domestic and KIM / KITAS holder; US
Dollar rates are applicable for overseas market. Prices are
subject to change with or without prior notice.
PAYMENT
For
vacation packages and hotel bookings you may pay directly to
our accounting department by bank transfer,
money transfer or you may pay by
credit card by filling out our Authorization Payment Form
(your credit card number is to secure your booking). Please
keep in mind we will not charge your credit card before you
receive our services.

CANCELLATIONS CHARGE
No cancellation fees will be charged by Lombok Tourism
com. However cancellation fees may be charged
by hotels or other parties with whom agreements have been
made. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the
charges. No refund is available for “no shows”.
Refund
Policy
Lombok Tourism com will offer
full refund policy for any booking as long as we receive
notice of your cancellation 6 weeks in advance of your
package date. Our bank charges a US$ 17 transfer fee for all
incoming wire transfer.
VOUCHER /
EXCHANGE ORDER
In order to ensure the comfort and prevent any
miscommunication, we will provide a voucher for all services
required, clearly explaining our services.
LIABILITY

acts only in capacity of an agency for Hotels, carriers,
transportation Companies and other contractors, therefore,
Lombok Tourism
com can not be held liable
for any loses, damages, injuries, delays, change of
schedules, or any other irregularities which are beyond our
control. We reserve the right to change the program with or
without prior notice if found to be in the best interest of
all involved parties.
